Booking is complete once the form is submitted and the deposit or full payment is made.
All tours are 21 years of age and up.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards, personal check, money order and cashier's check. Payments can be made by phone or mailed in. All tours must be paid in full no later than 90 Days prior to tour start date.
Paying with credit or debit card by phone
After you have submitted the booking form a representative will call you to finish the booking process and take your credit or debit payment.
Paying with check, money order or cashier's check
Once the booking form is submitted you will receive an invoice of the total tour amount and information on mailing in your payment. The booking is not complete until the payment is received and cleared by the bank. You will have 14 days to get your payment in to our office after submitting the form.
Deposits are required for all tours when not paying the tour in full. Deposits range from $100 - $300.
*Prices are based on double occupancy rooms. Additional fees will apply for single supplement and pre-night rooms.
*Special Promotions and Offers (Heroes Discount,Breezy Bucks, Subscribers Discount) will be calculated after the booking form is submitted. The new price will be included in your invoice.If you are using our Heroes Discount, a proof of licence will be required and can be emailed to us at Thebreezybackpack@gmail.com. Breezy Backpack Booking Conditions
Please take the time to read our Booking Conditions before booking a tour.
All bookings are made with Breezy Backpack Tours. By booking a tour you are agreeing to all booking terms and conditions listed below. This constitutes the entire agreement between us (Breezy Backpack, BB) and you (the customer, the guest, the traveler).
If you accepted your booking, then you have agreed and accepted the contract to making the final payments. If the balance is not paid in full by the final payment due date, we reserve the right to then consider your booking cancelled.
Payment Options, Deposits and Final Payments:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover Credit/Debit cards, personal check, money order and cashier’s check. When paying with personal check, money order or cashier’s check please note, the booking is not confirmed until the payment is received and cleared by the bank. Your spot will be held for up to 14-days to give you time to send the payment
How to pay: by Phone and by Mail
Deposits: required at time of booking to hold your spot on the tour, if you are not paying for the trip in full. Deposits pricingin: $100 - $300
Final Payments: due 90 days prior to departure on land tours and 120 days prior to departure on ocean/river tours.If your tour is not paid in full by the final payment due date, we will consider it to be cancelled. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

When redeeming discounts, Breezy Bucks and special offers the following restrictions apply:
BREEZY BUCKS - Breezy Bucks are accumulated by traveling on a tour with us. They cannot be used until you have completed at least one tour with us. Breezy Bucks have no cash value and can only be used towards future tours. Guests receive $100 off the next tour they book. Breezy Bucks can be used along with all other promotions. For example if the tour is 15% off, you will receive an additional $100 off the tour.
NEW SUBSCRIBER DISCOUNT - New subscribers receive $100 off their first tour booked.
SPECIAL OFFERS - Sales and special offers are ran periodically and can be used along with the new subscriber discount.
HEROES DISCOUNT - To say Thank You for all that you do, we recognize the brave men and women all around the world who we call heroes. First Responders, EMT, Paramedics, Nurses, Police and Active/Retired Military receive 15% of any tour, guests will need to provide proof of license or I.D. to redeem the discount. The Heroes Discount can be used along with another special offers and promotions. For example if the tour is 15% off, you will receive an additional 15% off of the tour.
Once you have submitted the booking form, you will receive an invoice with the discounted price by email.
The documents listed are mandatory and must be turned in NO later than 30 days prior to departure.Please, contact our office at (866) 925-1030 if you are unable to provide the documentation before the deadline.

PASSPORTS,VISAS & VACCINATIONS:
If a passport is required for your tour it must be valid for at least 6 months prior to tour start date and have at least 3 blank pages available. Breezy Backpack is not responsible for denial of airline boarding or entrance to a country due to improper documentation, cancellations, overbooked flights or delays.It is the sole responsibility of the guest to acquire the necessary documents needed for the tour.To check passport-visa-vaccination requirements go to: travel.state.gov
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
* DUE TO COVID-19 OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES HAVE CHANGED *
To make your booking process safe and secure in these unprecedented times we have changed our policies to help you feel secure when booking a tour. We are keeping a close watch on the events and health issues around the world that may affect your safety during travel. Cancel for any reason up until 72 hours of the tours start date and get a full refund or you have the option to change to a different tour date. If you cancel after the 72 hour deadline the following cancellation penalties apply:

3 Days/72 hours or Less - Deposit is retained and 50% of total paid to the tour is forfeited by guest.
Airline penalties and anything purchased outside of Breezy Backpack is the sole responsibility of the traveler
All cancellations MUST be in writing and will not be effective until the written cancellation is received.
CANCELLATION BY US
BB tours are guaranteed to depart once we have two (2) - four (4) fully paid travelers unless otherwise stated. The minimum amount of guests depends on the location and length of the tour.Cancellation by us is very rare. If the amount is not met by the deadline date, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. If in the event this happens BB will refund 100% of any money made to BB for the tour or the guests will have the option to change the tour to a different date. Guests will be notified in this event no later than 90 days prior to departure.Tours book fast so, please don't wait until the tour says "guaranteed" or you may not get a spot.Once the minimum number of guests are booked, BB will notify all guests that the trip is guaranteed and the "OK" to purchase your flight.
We keep close watch on what's happening in our world. Though we cannot control everything, and some events are unforeseen, we strive to never place a guest in any danger that is preventable. If in the event of a natural disaster or terrorist /war threat and high alerts in an area, BB reserves the right to cancel the tour. Safety of our guests and tour directors is our priority. If this were to happen BB will refund 100% of the traveler’s money paid on the booking. In the event of an uncontrolled circumstance and BB must cancel a tour, BB will not be responsible for any passport, visas, airline costs or penalties, travel insurance, incidental expenses, or vaccinations that may occur. We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to secure their investment. Travel insurance can be purchased at Travel guard. We recommend tat you include -cancel for any reason- to your policy for additional protection.
CHANGING YOUR TOUR
If a guest changes their tour date or switches to another tour, there is no fee for the transaction up until 72 hours prior to tour start date. After the deadline Day cancellation fees will apply.

To secure your travel investment we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. We recommend your travel insurance cover cancellation, personal liability, cancel for any reason, loss of luggage, personal effects, personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation.You can purchase travel insurance through our trusted partners at Travel guard. Travel Guard has several plans to choose from to help protect your financial trip investment.
CHANGES IN ITINERARY
Traveling requires flexibility with anything that could happen from natural circumstances to cancellations. BB and the tour director reserve the right to cancel any activities that are in the schedule if it is unsafe or cancelled by the company. If in the event a tour operator must cancel an itinerary activity, your tour director will work hard to replace it with a activity of equal value . If your tour director cannot replace the activity then BB will refund the purchase of any tickets for the activity.
If a scheduled activity is cancelled before departure you will be notified of the event and BB will replace the activity with one of equal value and experience. The tour leader on your tour has the right to make the decision on any necessary cancellations during the tour.
NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS BY GUESTS
If a guest cancels or does not show up for a planned activity NO refunds will be given. Activities are prepaid and pre-scheduled.
AGE RESTRICTIONS & HEALTH
All guests must be at least 21 years of age at the start date of the tour.There are no maximum age limits for our tours.
The tour itinerary will give you an idea of the amount of walking for each day. All guests must be able to do some walking at an average pace, possible climbing of stairs, walking on uneven roads and sidewalks, be able to get on and off buses and mini coaches.If you have any medical conditions that may restrict or be unsafe for your health, you should consult your physician before booking.
The activity levels of BB tours vary by the itinerary. Each itinerary has the activity level listed under Important Information. We recommend that you carefully select your tour to make sure it you can safely keep up with the itinerary. Tours may require a large amount of walking. Some tours may require walking stairs, walking across rocks and uneven roads/sidewalks. If you are unsure about whether or not a tour is suitable for your activity level, please call an agent to discuss any limitations you have before booking.
Activity Levels: all tours will include a fair amount of walking
Moderate: Mostly relaxing,will require some walking, entering and exiting trains/buses/mini coaches, uneven pavement,stand for long periods, walking in crowded areas,or climbing some stairs.
Active: Must be able to walk 2-4 miles per day, possibly climbing stairs,uneven pavement, walking in crowded areas, enter and exit trains/buses/mini coaches.Stand for long periods.
ITEMS PROHIBITED ON TOURS
For the safety of everyone, no firearms or any other type of weapons are permitted on the tour except those required by the law.
We ask that you keep luggage down to one suitcase and one carry on, especially on tours with hotel transfers during the tour. The tour booking page will have the luggage allowance listed.You will need to check with your airline about their luggage allowance and restrictions. The tour director is not responsible for carrying luggage or bags for guests.
ROOMMATE AND TOUR DIRECTOR PHONE/EMAIL EXCHANGE
30 Days prior to the start of the tour we will email you with your assigned roommate. This will include your roommates phone and email.By accepting this agreement, you agree that BB has the consent to give your email and phone number to your assigned roommate and your tour director. This is the best way to communicate before and during the tour.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTIES
You acknowledge and consent that BB will not be responsible for any damage to hotel properties, damage made during activities and local tour vehicles done by a BB guest .This includes smoking fees, theft, vandalism, or any physical damage to the properties.
BB provides a non-judgmental environment for our guests. Though it rarely happens, and most guests are kind and friendly toward other guests, rude behavior, prejudice, and bad conduct is not permitted. You acknowledge and consent to these conditions.
Tour leaders have the right to remove any individual that cannot comply to the tour policy rules. Any person that is considered a harm to the group or anyone in the group will be removed from any further group activities by discretion of the tour leader. The cost of the trip and deposits will not be refunded in this case. Individuals removed from the group will be responsible for any and all transfers outside of the group itinerary.
BB wants everyone participating to have a welcomed, stress free and memorable trip, because of this this the rules will be enforced by your tour director. If you have any issues with another tour member, please discuss it with your tour leader and they will try to resolve the problem in an appropriate manner. In most cases the issue can be resolved between the two guests and everyone moves on to have a good time.
LIMITED LIABILITY LIMITATION
We contract with other companies, government agencies and individuals that help us on tours as for third parties.
To the full extent of the law:
Any liability or loss, death, injury or damage you may suffer from either directly or indirectly in connection with or arising out of participating on a tour, or any breach of the booking conditions is excluded.
You the customer release us and our employees, agents, representatives and partners from any liability and expressly waive any claims you have against us us arising out of or in connection with your participation in a tour and
Any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied by the law into the booking conditions, implied warranty is excluded.
Any claims by you the customer that is either direct or indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits and any economic loss, however it may occur, or for any indirect, special, punitive or exemplary damages.
To the extent an implied warranty cannot be excluded, our liability in respect of the implied warranty is limited to, in amount of the tour received by you the customer to us in connection with your booking , solely at our discretion, (1) the provision of a similar tour to an equivalent value or (2) a refund of the total refund of the tour amount made by you the customer to us.
COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES
If you have an issue or complaint during your tour, please inform your tour leader. Your tour leader and the company will attempt to resolve any issues that may have occurred. If a resolve cannot be reached and you still unsatisfied please make an official complaint in writing to BB. Most issues can easily be resolved, we want you to have a great experience and we are here to help.
MARKETING & PHOTOGRAPHS
You acknowledge and agree that BB may use your tour photo on our website or social media venues. We sometimes use pictures taken during tours. By agreeing to these terms you consent us a royalty free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicly and promotional purposes.
If you elect to not have your photo used in any social or public venue , please state this in writing before the departure of your tour. You can email the statement to email@example.com
By offering tour reservations in particular international destinations, BB does not warrant or represent that traveling in such destinations is advisable or without risks. BB will not be liable for any damages or losses that may result from traveling in such destinations. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to determine the level of risk tolerance, including the decision to to participate on a tour in areas or destination where the US State Department alerts and warnings are issued. If a tour is not cancelled by BB, standard cancellation policies apply to the tour purchaser if they choose to cancel.
Additional risks and dangers that may pose a threat or risk include but are not limited to aircraft, mini coach bus, buses, trains,animal interactions, political unrest, forces of nature,food, plants, water, insects, automobiles, natural and local government and unrest and acts of others. You agree lawfully and acknowledge the risks when booking a tour and agree to not make a claim or sue against BB, it's partners, employees, and related companies fort bodily injury, emotional trauma, sickness, death, property loss, damage, other losses, cost or expense, however caused, as a result of or related to your contracting for, traveling to or from, or in any and all participating in the tour. You lawfully agree to release BB and related companies and it's personnel from any and all claims.This agreement is entered into and on behalf of any and all members of party, family and including minors on the tour. This agreement binds your heirs, legal representatives and assign.
Guests may be traveling in buses or mini coaches during the tour. Seats are are fitted with safety belts..BB, it's agents nor the tour leader will not be reliable for any injury, illness, death, any loss or damage or claims. whatsoever arising from injury, accident or incident, if safety is not worn by the guest at all times of such incidents. Exclusion and limitation of liability shall not be used to imply that the driver and or operator, it's agents and affiliations are liable in other circumstances.
The laws of Tennessee, USA govern these Booking Conditions to the fullest extent allowable. Any disputes in connection with a tour or these Booking Conditions must be initiated in the courts of Tennessee, USA.
