DAY 1, Monday September 21,2020
Welcome to Nashville, Tennessee! Today, we arrive at the country music capital the world! Settle into your room and later the group and tour director will meet-up at 5:30pm for a meet and greet then head out for dinner together in downtown Nashville.

DAY 2, Tuesday September 22, 2020
After breakfast , we begin our day with a narrated tour from a local guide. Along the way we will hear stories and insights of the city. We'll stop at The Ryman and spend some time inside the world famous auditorium and The Country Music Hall of Fame. During the tour we pass The Riverfront Park, Tennessee State Capital, Nissan stadium (Go Titans!) and The Parthenon as our guide gives us some local insight of the city. After the tour you will have a few hours to relax or continue to explore it's your choice. Tonight,we will have dinner on a paddleboat cruise through Nashville's Cumberland River. We'll enjoy music and beautiful views of Nashville's skyline while dining on a true southern meal.

Day 3, Wednesday September 23, 2020
Today, we will take a hop on and off trolley tour. There will be time for shopping, sightseeing and exploring. While on the tour we will stop at The Grand Ole Opry for a backstage tour, George Jones Museum and Madame Tussauds Museum, along the way we will stop for lunch together at one of Nashville's local eateries. The tour stops at many of Nashville's hot spots and landmarks such as Music Row, The Gulch, Broadway St., Centennial Park and more. Tonight, dinner is your choice.

Day 4, Thursday September 24, 2020
Today, we will take a cultural guided tour of two historical Nashville's plantations. First, we visit the Belle Meade Plantation, we will enjoy a wine tasting, tour the inside of the home, check out the gifts shops, and view the beautiful grounds. Our second plantation is the Cheekwood built in 1932 and has 36 rooms. The botanical gardens on the grounds are untouched and beautiful. After the tour, the rest of the afternoon is your free time to choose. The hotel offers a shuttle into the heart of Nashville for a small fee if you want to check out some downtown sites. Later, around 5:30 we will meet at the hotel and head out to our last dinner together before the tour ends.
Day 5, Friday September 25, 2020
Time to say goodbye to Nashville and your new friends until next time.Your tour director will help you with your transfers to the airport.

After you have completed booking,you will be emailed a confirmation. You will receive a separate email with tour specific details and deadline dates, 30 days prior to the tour you will receive your final trip details, including your roommate assignment, tour director information, meetup information, itinerary and further tour details.
ACTIVITY LEVEL AND HEALTH
Active: This tour will require walking, possible stair climbing, standing for long periods, climbing on and off buses/trains/subways, walking in crowded areas, uneven pavement and steps. You will need to be able to walk at least 2-4 miles a day to participate in the tour. It is the responsibility of the guest to determine if the activity level is right for them.

We ask that our guests wait until they have received the confirmation email that the tour is guaranteed before booking flights. The email will be received no later than 120 days prior to tour start date. Tours book fast, so please don't wait until it says guaranteed. All guaranteed tours will be noted at the top of the booking page (under the SIGN ME UP button) once they are booked with the minimum guests.
Shared transportation to the hotel is arranged on arrival and departure for all guests.
Please arrange flights so that your hotel arrival time will be no later than 4:00 p.m in order to be at the group meeting. Hotel check-in policies will apply.
If you are arriving the day before the tour start and choosing the pre-night option, arrival times are optional.

Guests have 90 Days prior to tour start date to cancel with a full refund after booking form is submitted.
Cancellations must be in writing.
91 and up - Full 100% refund including deposit.
90 Days or Less prior to tour start date - Deposit is retained and 30% of the total paid to the tour.
121 and up - Full 100% refund including deposit.
120 Days or Less prior to tour start date - Deposit is retained and 30% of the total paid to the tour.
Tours are booked until full. If you are booking 90 days or less, prior to the tour start date full payment is required and non-refundable.
During the tour we will be traveling by mini coach van and trolley.
A passport is needed whenever traveling into and outside of The United States. Passports are not needed for domestic U.S. flights, if you are traveling from outside the U.S. you will need a passport for this tour.

The amount of spending money you have is completely up to you. We recommend that you set aside a daily allowance for each day of the tour that includes meals not listed, personal expenses, drinks, snacks, shopping ect. The meals included are noted each day in the itinerary above. Room service is not included in the price of the tour.
